It’s Never too Early to Start
When you bring your fresh eight week old puppy home, it is a great time to start working on the boundaries you would want to set for when they become adults. It might seem overwhelming; however, if you have a plan from the start, it will greatly benefit you and your best friend in the long run. They are happy little sponges at this age.

3 Week Obedience Board and Train
This class is designed to work on manners in and out of the home. We’ll work on Place Training, Heel on a loose lead, Sit, Down and Wait. Once we have a heel established, we’ll take them on walks to the lake nearby and businesses like Atwoods and Tractor Supply to up their distraction level and help their transition back to their owner easier.
Intro into Blood Tracking/ Wounded Game
This class is designed to be finished in three weeks. Intro into blood tracking/ wounded game consists of the dog tracking the scent of blood/ scent of wounded game that results in the dog finding the target.

The Puppy Development is designed to bring puppies ahead of their time and teach them the foundation of Place Training, Potty Training, Sit,Down, Wait and Walk on a loose leash. This is a 30 day class that can be taught from 8 Weeks and On. This class is designed to set up your pup from the start.

Here’s a look at a lab report on an Inspection with Mesa and Fancy. “This was an inspection we did with AirWell for a client that was referred by their doctor, due to an Environmental Acquired Illness. Fancy AND Mesa both alerted in two spots that we couldn’t explain using visual, moisture meter or infrared. The client chose to do wall cavity samples which showed elevated Asp/Pen and Chaetomium levels These were both interior walls with no water sources nearby. There were no water stains, no evidence of water intrusion from the attic, no bubbled paint or nail pops and the baseboard trim was intact. What was the cause? Are either of these two areas “elephants”? I don’t know without opening the wall and exploring further, but we were able to give the client a precise location to look. Having a K9 Inspection as part of the medical assessment is crucial! Dogs can find what technology can’t!”

So here it is… On Point K9 Inspections. Remember a while ago I was teasing about a photo shoot for a profile picture with Mesa? Mesa and Fancy are certified in Mold Detection! The last couple of months we’ve been working alongside Airwell, doing Indoor Air Quality Assessments. They are leaders in the industry and we are honored to work with them. Mesa has an exceptional nose. We saw it when she was a puppy in training. She also has a really sweet disposition and takes her time on thinking things through. Those qualities are what we wanted to promote as one of our mold detection dogs. With her combination as a trained Upland Bird dog and Mold detection, we are promoting Mesa’s ability to be versatile. Fancy has an exceptional nose and a strong desire to work. She walks in confident and ready to do her job. Fancy is from Full Circle’s European bloodlines and she was bred to work. Amy has done an amazing job of raising versatile Weimaraners for companion and working homes. Mesa and Fancy are the first Vizsla and Weimaraner to be trained in Mold Detection (that we’ve seen), and we are so excited to see them lead the way in this line of detection work. What makes Mesa and Fancy’s Mold Inspection so unique? They are trained to locate hidden mold that traditional mold inspections miss. They are trained to find Microbial Volatile Organic Compounds (mVOCs), which are found in dry/dormant mold as well as actively growing mold. We, add little structures to fit and mold the puppies minds to the depth that they can understand and go from there as they grow. Aqua collar or Turquoise collar is already figuring out outside is play time and when she goes inside it’s hang out time. She played quietly with her little duck on her bed all on her own and next thing I now she is sleeping soundly, while I’m in and out doing our daily chores. I blinked and they are turning into little ladies and gentlemen. We started working on crate training a week and a half ago. Our weeks are going by so fast, as we are wrapping up week 5. Red’s first time outside and Red’s time outside a week later. We are working on teaching them to go potty outside. I’m impressed with how quickly they are starting to catch on. The Canadian Geese are back and it makes me think of home. Their blaring calls are peaceful and exciting to me as it brings back childhood memories. I would wonder, the country they had seen as they flew over my grandmas house. Then over to the big pond, to them nesting in tires at the house and yes getting chased as they were hissing if my brother and I got to close to their nests.

We are cruising through Puppy Development! They were playing with their enrichment toys and all of a sudden it was quiet and I felt like I was being watched. I turned around and they were sitting patiently waiting for their food. As a trainer, my heart is soaring. They are utilizing, their training all on their own.
Bailey is flying through our Wounded Game Recovery Program. We love Bailey’s even keeled mind and methodical movements out in the field. When you watch the track, she switches directions just as I made the track. She enjoys having a job and something to look forward to. Bailey would be great for a beginner all the way to advanced. Dylan and I have noticed Karma doesn’t run fast as much as she used too. She is only five and we started brain storming ideas. I took Karma to @schuckfamilychiro with @drsuziefreeman and she changed Karma’s life. Karma is know back to running and playing hard with Mesa. I can’t thank her enough, just watching Karma go back to her normal self. Dylan and I are big fans of Chiro work on ourselves and we are now big fans for the dogs. We often forget all the hard work they do out in the field and even just running and playing at home, how they may need an adjustment. If you are in Oklahoma, they are worth the drive!
